How the install works
We start with a free measure and talk through profiles, so you can see how a taller baseboard or a wider casing will change the feel of the room. You get a clear written quote before we book anything, with the material and the labour laid out plainly.
On install day we remove old trim if needed, fit the new trim to your walls and floors, cope and mitre the corners, and fasten everything solid. Then we fill nail holes, caulk the edges, and leave it clean and ready for paint. A single room is usually quick, and a full home is scheduled room by room to keep it tidy.

It depends on the look you want and the state of the existing trim. Many homeowners update a main floor or a few key rooms to a taller baseboard first, then match the rest over time. We help you plan it during the estimate so it stays consistent.
Can you match existing trim in the rest of the house?
Usually, yes. We can match a profile closely so new work blends with what is already there, or step everything up to a new profile if you would rather refresh the whole home. We confirm the match before ordering.
Do you remove the old trim?
Yes, we can remove and dispose of old baseboards and casing as part of the job, then patch and prep the walls as needed before the new trim goes on. Just let us know during the estimate.
Will there be gaps along uneven floors?
No. We scribe the baseboards to follow the floor and caulk the top edge so the trim sits tight to both the wall and the floor. Straight, gap-free lines are the whole point.
